How much are your puppies?Prices start at $2000 and go up depending on the desired coat and eye color. Our merles, liver, or reds start at $2800. These are either recessive or rare genetic traits, with a lower percentage of puppies being born in these colors. Any dog with blue eyes will be an additional $500. Please keep in mind these are pet prices and do NOT include any registration papers. We have a strict spay/neuter contract. If you would like to show your puppy in any AKC events and would like AKC limited registration papers, we will need proof of spay or neuter prior to us releasing those papers. This will need to be discussed with us prior to taking your puppy home, and there will be an additional fee. We typicly sell our dogs as pets only, so this will be an additional step and cost to you. If you are a small in home breeder, we will consider full registration for additional cost.

How big will my Turkey Creek Schnauzer get?Our dogs are all registered mini schnauzers. Which according to the AKC, should weigh from 11-20lbs. That being said, over the years, many breeders have used selective breeding to create a smaller dog. All of our dogs fall in the "toy" size range and almost every puppy we have ever raised has ranged within 7-12 lbs. We don't specialize in or try to create super tiny dogs. We think 7-12 lbs is the sweet spot in size for the perfect little family dog. Our dogs are small enough to be active and portable, but also not so tiny that it is dangerous for them to be a part of normal family activities. The AKC does not have a toy schnauzer registry and this is the reason that they are all registered as mini schnauzers. We may have some plans in the works to add standard or larger mini size dogs to our program. If you would be interested in a unique schnauzer in a little bit larger package, we'd love to hear from you! Feel free to send us an email if you have any thoughts or suggestions. turkeycreekschnauzers@gmail.com

Will my puppy be registered or come with papers? All of our dogs are registered but we sell our puppies as pets only. This does NOT include registration. If you would like PET ONLY registration for your puppy so that you can participate in AKC sanctioned events, we can do this for an additional fee. This MUST be discussed prior to taking your puppy home. Once we are provided with proof of spay or neuter, we will send you your pet registraion papers. We are occasionally open to discussion for full registration to approved programs.

How do I reserve my puppy?Step 1: Please read all the information on our page. Make sure that you understand our terms and are ready to commit to buying a puppy from us. You can find answers to almost any question you may have on our site or in the Frequently Asked Questions. Please don't ask us questions that we have taken the time to answer for everyone on our website. We love getting to know each of our familes personally, but we ask that you do your due dilligence also. Step 2: Fill out our online puppy application. We review these applications as they come in and will be in touch either via email, text, or phone call. Once approved, we will send you an invoice for your $350 reservation fee. Step 3: Once we recieve your payment, you have officially reserved your spot on our reservation list. Clients will make their picks in the order that these reservations were recieved. We will contact you once we have babies for you to choose from. You can then choose your baby or you can choose to pass and wait on the next puppies if you would like a puppy in a color or sex that isn't availble when your time to choose comes.
